We design leadership development programmes to meet specific leadership and organisational needs. Our experience tells us that there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to developing leaders and senior leadership teams.
Anchored in our Positive Centred Leadership™ model, our programmes often include a combination of approaches and require leaders to commit to a development period of 6-12 months. For example, senior leadership teams would attend regular workshops, receive individual 360° feedback, have one-to-one coaching and input from the line manager along the way – all aimed at meeting agreed personal and organisational objectives.
Our programmes are intensive, challenging and fun! Importantly, they are designed to drive sustainable change on a personal and organisational level. Otherwise, why bother?
